This is the first Exclusive look at the all new Sandpiper 35LOFT TreeHouse Fifth Wheel Camper by Forest River. This is a perfect trailer for a family with kids. The kitchen area and front of the trailer is setup for the adults, with a large U-Shaped Dinette booth, plenty of lower and upper storage cabinets, and entertainment center. In the front of the trailer there is a bed in a slide out that opens to allow access to the dresser drawers and mirrored sliding closet doors. The enclosed front bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, and medicine cabinet.

In the rear of the trailer is where the excitement happens for the kids. There is a slide out with a couch, half bath with a toilet, and outside door. This outside door allows people to access the bathroom without tracking through the trailer. There is a ladder that allows access to the TreeHouse part of the Sandpiper above.

There is a set of steps that allow access up to the TreeHouse with a wooden ladder to get up into the TreeHouse section. There is carpet and padding so it is comfortable for the kids. There are two storage cabinets so the kids can store close and toys. On the wall there are a few peak holes so the kids can keep and eye on the rest of the trailer.
